If a child is offered a place after the centralized registration dates, the parents must take the electronic Registration Certificate, or the Admission Permit, to the kindergarten where the child is already registered or enrolled. Staff at the original kindergarten will scan the QR code on the Registration Certificate. The parents may instead be asked to complete the relevant receipt documents, following the school's instructions, to cancel the registration in the system.
After the registration is cancelled, the original kindergarten will no longer reserve the place for the child. In general, the original kindergarten will not refund the registration fee.
